The Primary School Enterprise Showcase Morning took place last month in Smurfit Business School, UCD as part of Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown Enterprise Week. Pupils from the Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown schools who have recently taken part in a BizWorld Ireland workshop were invited to take part and display their business ideas. Pupils spoke about their experience of running a mini company followed by refreshments.

Last autumn, Local Enterprise Office Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown partnered with BizWorld Ireland to deliver enterprise workshops in fun and creative ways to over 25 primary schools throughout Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown during the 2015 / 2016 academic year. Approximately, 850 local primary school students have directly benefited from participation in the two-day classroom-based workshop.
The event was organised in partnership with BizWorld Ireland, Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown Local Enterprise Office and Smurfit Business School.
